Frequently Asked Questions
How soon can I move in?
Every Morse Creek apartment is move-in ready and comes with a refrigerator, oven, heating and air conditioning, and a cable connection. On the grounds you also get the shared laundry room and on-site parking, all just minutes from the shops and restaurants along Morse Road.
Most residents are settled within 48 to 72 hours once we approve your application, collect the deposit, and you sign the lease. When every document comes in without delay, we can often move your date up.
What floor plans are available and what do they rent for?
Morse Creek is a two-bedroom community built for people who want extra room. The 2-bed, 1-bath plan starts at $1,200 a month, and the townhome-style 2-bed, 1.5-bath units at Morse Creek Commons start at $1,300 a month.
What are the lease terms and security deposits?
The 2-bed, 1-bath plan rents for $1,200 a month with a $1,200 refundable security deposit, which equals one month's rent.
The 2-bed, 1.5-bath townhome rents for $1,300 a month with a $1,300 refundable security deposit.
Every lease depends on an approved application, payment of the $50.00 non-refundable application fee, and finishing the screening. A 12-month term is standard, and you can renew when it ends.
How much is the application fee?
The application fee runs $50.00 per adult and is non-refundable.
What do I need to qualify?
We ask for gross monthly income of at least 3 times the rent. For the $1,200 plan that works out to roughly $3,600 a month or more, and for the $1,300 townhome it is about $3,900 a month or more. You will provide proof of income while we process your file.
We also look for no recent evictions, no criminal background, and a solid credit history. Everyone 18 and older who will live in the apartment fills out their own application and clears screening.
Is internet and cable available?
Yes, the apartments are ready for high-speed internet and cable. The resident picks the provider and sets up and pays for service in their own name.
